Terms of Use

MiraForms is a form building and response management service operated by GIM Agency, Greece. You can reach us at sales@gimagency.gr for any question about these terms.

By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use MiraForms.

You need an account to build forms. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from your organisation to open an account on its behalf.

The Free plan is available at no cost with the limits shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, in euro, and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions keep the old price until the next renewal after the notice period.

Do not use MiraForms to collect data unlawfully, to send spam, to phish for credentials or payment details, to distribute malware, or to publish content that is illegal, hateful or infringing.

Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, access other customers' data, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with notice where possible.

You own your forms and the responses you collect. We process them only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are the data controller for the answers you collect, and MiraForms acts as your processor. You are responsible for telling your respondents what you collect and why, and for having a lawful basis to do so.

You can export your responses at any time in CSV, Excel or PDF, and you can delete forms and responses permanently from within the app.

We work to keep MiraForms available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages or emergencies may cause downtime.

Support is provided by email for all plans, with priority handling on the Business plan.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to MiraForms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost data or lost business opportunity.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or if required by law.

After deletion, your forms and responses are removed from our live systems and from backups within 30 days.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect.

These terms are governed by Greek law and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights you may have in your own country.
